Initial experience with different market research institutes, then 18 years of successful international experience in industry before starting an independent business consultancy.
The spectrum of achievements covers the introduction of new or modified compensation systems, the development and implementation of team concepts, the foundation of new companies and legal entities, as well as the successful support of companies in fundamental change and turnaround situations.
